The following are some of the world class experts available through Qnetworx.

Dr. Ashok Erramilli is the President of Qnetworx. He has over 20 years of experience in systems and network analysis, and he pioneered the application of fractal, self similar and chaotic map models in network analysis and engineering. He has developed analysis and optimization algorithms that are at the core of numerous network engineering and scheduling products. Dr. Erramilli has worked in the past at ITT Advanced Technology Center, and at Bellcore, where he managed the network analysis research group. He has a B.E. from the Indian Institute of Science, and M.S. and PhD degrees in E.E. from Yale University.

Dr. Leonard J Forys is one of the foremost experts in the world on networking. He has over 30 years experience in industry, first at Bell Labs, and then at Bellcore. He is president of our affiliate, the Forys Consulting Group, and is a founding member of our virtual company. His congestion control algorithms have been implemented in virtually every central office switching system in North America, and his forcing algorithms are in use in call centers all over the world. For his landmark contributions to the engineering of public networks in the U.S., he was recognized as a Bellcore Fellow in 1992. Dr. Forys has frequently served as an Expert Witness in intellectual property and patent infringement cases. He has a BSEE from Notre Dame, an MS from MIT and he obtained his PhD from U.C. Berkeley.

Kishore Yerramilli is the Chief Software Architect with overall responsibility for all of Qnetworx's software solutions. He has 20 years of experience in developing software for networking, web hosting and financial applications. He was a Senior Software Architect at Bellcore, where he developed a number of middleware and distributed network management applications. He was the Principal architect for Superbook, a hypertext based information retrieval system that was an early precursor to the Web. He has an M.Sc. in Statistics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.
Dr. Michael Rumsewicz specialized in performance analysis of telecommunications systems while working at Bellcore and played a leading role in Signalling System Number 7 congestion control research and outage analysis efforts. He developed new concepts on robustness and scalability for distributed web server platforms, while heading the performance analysis group at RMIT, Melbourne. He subsequently was with Ericsson Australia as the Team Leader for the Ericsson - Melbourne University Laboratory (EMULab) which specialises in network performance research. He has written over 40 refereed journal and conference articles, has 3 patents granted or pending, has been a reviewer and programme committee member for a number of international conferences, and is an IEEE member. based in Adelaide, Australia. Michael Rumsewicz obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Adelaide Department of Applied Mathematics in 1989.
Dr. Chak Bhagvati is a currently an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the University of Hyderabad, India. He has implemented front-ends and computational engines of several of Qnetworx's software solutions. His research interests include pattern recognition, image processing, and algorithm development and their implementation. He developed a computerized system to manage the maintenance of bridges and pavements of the New York State Thruway that was featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal (2/27/97). Dr. Bhagvati has a B.Tech from JNTU, Hyderabad, and M. Tech from the University of Hyderabad, and a PhD in Computer Science from RPI, Troy.
Shobha Erramilli is an expert on the testing of networking systems and protocols. While at Bellcore, she developed some of Bellcore's test capabilities in broadband networks. These subsequently became the basis of a successful consulting practice. She worked a number of years in Telcordia's Applied Research, working in the Internet Performance research department, investigating QoS strategies for ATM, IP, and MPLS networks, and their real world implementations. She has a B.E. in E.E. from Bangalore University, and an MS in Computer Science from Monmouth College.
